DenisD: Why can't I buy Telus (T on TSE)? It says "this contract can only be closed" and rejects the order. Other orders today have worked. IB Rep: Telus common shares has foreign ownership restriction. IB decided not to offer it for trading for opening trades. IB Rep: If you happen to have it already, you can close the position
